Following a proven evidence-based method, called Dignity Therapy, I will facilitate you through a process that will help to conserve your sense of dignity by addressing sources of psychosocial and existential distress; giving you a chance to record the meaningful aspects of your life and leave something behind that can benefit your loved ones in the future.

During a 60-minute session:

• I will ask you a series of open-ended questions that will encourage you to talk about what matters most in your life.

• We will explore accomplishments, formative stories, life lessons, important themes, values and beliefs, character traits, spirituality and important roles.

• The conversation is recorded, transcribed, edited and then returned within 48-hours to you to give the opportunity to read the transcript and make changes before a final version is produced.

By the end of our session, you will feel a sense of completion, meaning, and peacefulness. You will receive an artifact that will transcend your death and extend your influence across time.

Leaving a Legacy is for you to preserve the past and inspire the future.

Legacy work is the process of transforming thoughts into action. It's the act of sitting down and taking time to purposefully create something for the people you love and care about.

Legacy work provides a unique opportunity to reflect on your life and process through the events and people who shaped it, while still planning for the future. It can be a powerful coping tool not only for you, but for the people around you.

Leaving a legacy gives your loved ones something tangible to hold on to, something that can provide healing and comfort year after year, and generation after generation. It's a reminder of who you were, what you loved, what was important to you and what contributions you made.

During a series pre-determined sessions, I will help you every step of the way to ideate and turn your thoughts into actions. Your legacy project can take any form. Elaborate or simple all are meaningful.

By the end of our session, you will have a sense of peace with the timeless extension of yourself that your loved ones will cherish forever.

Your Vigil Plan is for you if you want to architect the surroundings of your final days, hours, and moments.

The last days of a person’s life can be the scariest to imagine and the most remarkable to witness. There is a labor to dying much like there is with birthing, and the event of death is equally sacred to that of birth.

Approaching the last days with intention by creating a vigil plan can give you a sense of control and create a sacred space for loved ones to enter the dying experience.

• The plan created will honor your values, create a peaceful atmosphere, define the nature of interactions with those participating in the vigil, and reflect after death choices.

• The final vigil plan will be as unique as the person creating it. The plan will reflect your character and personality, the dynamics of the the family, your culture and traditions, and your surroundings such as space, atmosphere, sound, nature of interactions, and other considerations.

• I will offer a blend of traditional and modern-day Feng Shui recommendations to balance and optimize the flow of positive energy bringing a sense of peace and well-being to your space.

As your doula, I will ensure that your plan is respected, that those participating are prepared for what to expect and help to carry out the plan as closely as possible under the existing circumstances.

By the end of our session, you will have a profound sense of completeness, beauty, pleasure, contentment and emotional and spiritual calm knowing your wants, needs, and desires will be met during your journey to the Next Place.

No One Dies Alone is for you to have round-the-clock vigil support and physical presence during your end of life.

I advocate for your wishes (End of Life Vigil Plan) within your circle of support, help your loved ones recognize signs of decline as you get closer to death, model important ways to meaningfully communicate with you throughout the dying process.

If desired, I will humbly sit bedside to walk with you as you cross the threshold between life and death.

I will also kindly encourage those closest to you to practice exquisite self-care in order to help them to stay present in your transition, every step of the way.

Vigil Support includes:

• 5 days of vigil support for 2, 4, or 6 hours per day with 24 hour on-call support

• 24 hour vigil support is available upon request

• Meet with your loved ones at a determined time after your death to provide heartfelt support as they process the experience of your death, to encourage continued connection, and to create a ritual to guide their grieving, as desired.

During your vigil, you will receive the gift of a meaningful, peaceful and glorious passing.

Reiki helps if you are stressed, anxious, fearful, fatigued, angry, or experiencing emotional pain as part of your diagnosis, or the dying process.  Reiki healing can also soothe and calm; easing the transition to death when physical healing isn’t possible - gifting a dying person with comfort, peace, and well-being.

I offer in-person or distance Reiki energy healing sessions.

After our session you will feel, relaxed, calm and peaceful.
