Welcome to Minding the Body Soul, where women are reminded it is never too late to discover their purpose or pursue inner fulfillment.  I am dedicated to helping women banish burnout and (re)ignite their inner fire and passion to reclaim their health, happiness, and a well-balanced quality of life filled with purpose and meaning.

My approach focuses on holistic wellness and transformational development, helping high-achieving women break free from old patterns and limiting beliefs and gain clarity on what most inspires and excites them and propel them in directions they never thought possible.

Minding the Body Soul offers personalized sessions and workshops in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment.  Through discussion, I help my clients connect with their inner wise woman, which holds the answers to essential questions about their identity, worth, and interests.  By rediscovering their most authentic selves and aligning with their values, goals, and interests, clients will create more meaning in their lives, leading to greater peace, balance, and fulfillment.
